GAMMA bridge pole knock-down structures
The intended purpose of GAMMA BKS-P is to absorb the loads from the facilities under construction, which are not completely secured. Bridge pole structures are also used as erection scaffolds used for people to work on them, and as superstructures for additional supports and working bridges.
Pole structures manufactured by Technocom-BM are designed for the use in climatic region 1 in accordance with GOST 16350-80 at a design temperature of minus 60°C.

Towers of GAMMA BKS-P elements are assembled of pole elements, spacers, braces, and grillages.
GAMMA BKS-P poles are made of pipes with a round cross-section in accordance with GOST 10704-91 “Electric-welded steel pipes”. At the ends, the poles are equipped with flanges for abutting each other, to the grillages and gussets for attaching braces located in vertical planes passing through the pipe axis at an angle of 90° to each other. On one side of the pole, the flanges are enlarged for attaching spacers.
The elements are connected with high-strength bolts with a diameter of 24 mm, tightened with an ordinary wrench with a torque of about 20-30 kgf.m without the treatment of the contact surfaces and without controlling the tension.
Individual towers assembled from the GAMMA BKS-P kits can optionally be combined in longitudinal and transverse directions into spatial support structures of unlimited size using braces and spacers. However, in this case, the distance between the towers will always be a multiple of 2 m. Inventory structures are assembled from planar and spatial sections, as well as from individual linear elements. The maximum permissible axial load on the elements of GAMMA BKS-P is determined by calculation, when drawing up a method statement (MS) based on the range of elements.
The installation of formwork elements shall be carried out in strict accordance with the MS and other regulations, technical maps and documents for the performance of these works, as well as in compliance with the requirements of SNiP 12-03-2001 “Labor safety in construction. Part 1. General requirements” without exceeding the maximum permissible loads on structural elements.
The manufacturer’s warranty for kits and individual elements of GAMMA BKS-P metal structures is effective for 12 months from the date of shipment to the Customer.
