Personnel training
TECHNOCOM-BM conducts training workshops for specialists preparing to use or already operating our equipment.
The training can be carried out:
— on the premises of our enterprise, namely, at the warehouse of TECHNOCOM-BM LLC in Maloyaroslavets (Kaluga Region),
— on the premises of the Customer’s enterprise,
— in the form of video training via a video conference between our companies.
- Training on the premises of TECHNOCOM-BM LLC
We invite all interested specialists to pass the training at the office of TECHNOCOM-BM LLC in Maloyaroslavets.
Training on the equipment is conducted by our developers or the main specialists of the Tech Support. If necessary, specialists from other departments are invited. Our employees conduct courses on a continuous basis. Their extensive experience in user support allows them to pay attention to bottlenecks and the most common mistakes made by trainees when working with TECHNOCOM-BM equipment during the training.
The training is conducted with the use of various demonstration materials such as operating equipment bench, videos about the system capabilities, presentations, and other materials.
Upon completion of the course, specialists receive a CERTIFICATE confirming their qualifications for the installation and operation of equipment manufactured by our company.
- On-site training on the premises of the Customer’s enterprise
Our specialists are ready to conduct an on-site training for interested employees of the Customer’s enterprise at the time convenient for both parties.
For this, the Customer’s enterprise needs to gather a group of students and provide a place for the training.
The training program and its duration can be discussed individually in order to make it as useful as possible for a specific task.
- Video training
Video training is arranged as agreed by the parties and is conducted in the form of an online video conference. This can be an individual video tutorial on a specific topic, a video workshop lasting for up to 1 working day, or a video lecture course split into several video meetings. The duration and program of the video training can be discussed on an individual basis.
To arrange a video conference, the Customer shall have a computer or laptop connected to the Internet, a web-camera, and a microphone. Training is usually conducted via Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp, etc.
