Senator Park is a multi-sectional new building with luxury apartments, commercial premises and beautifully landscaped adjacent territory.  

The residential complex is being built in Nur-Sultan (Kazakhstan) at the intersection of Ainakul and Sarykul Streets. 

The Presidential Park is located one and a half kilometers from the new building. There are no large industrial enterprises nearby, and the area has a well-developed infrastructure.  

The total building area is 2 hectares. The complex will consist of ten blocks from three to twenty three floors, united by a common stylobate. The applied technologies ensure high structural strength and excellent performance characteristics of apartments.

The construction of the Senator Park complex is carried out by Orken ZhKK company, founded in 2013.
