RED7 residential complex

The RED7 residential complex will be located in the historical center of Moscow — on the Garden Ring, near Myasnitskaya Street, Sukharevskaya Square and Akademik Sakharov Avenue. 

This is a future landmark that will complement the city’s appearance and the ensemble of iconic buildings of the Garden Ring. 

A building that will become one of the masterpieces of modern world architecture. RED7 pays tribute to the history of the place and the masterpieces of constructivism located in the Red Gate area. 

The authorship of the RED7 progressive concept belongs to the world-famous MVRDV bureau. The first project in Russia implemented by outstanding Dutch professionals forms the architectural DNA of the Moscow of the future.  

GAMMA wind screens manufactured by TECHNOCOM-BM are used in the construction of the Red7 residential complex.
